This Authentic Creator Network Privacy Notice (this “Notice”) supplements the Authentic Privacy Policy, available at https://authentic.com/pages/privacy-policy, (the “Authentic Privacy Policy”) (this Notice and the Authentic Privacy Policy, collectively, the “Authentic Privacy Notice”). The Authentic Privacy Notice describes how Authentic collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes information about you, including through your access and use of the Authentic Creator Network.
We may change this Notice from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Notice regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

Collection of Information
Information You Provide to Us
In addition to the information described in the Authentic Privacy Policy, we collect the following from you:
Application and Profile Information. When you apply to become a creator and create a profile, we collect information you provide directly to us. The types of information that we obtain may include:
- your full name and contact information (such as email address, address, phone number, country of residence);
- demographic information such as age and gender; and
- social media profiles, your partnership interests, and details surrounding your online media.
Contact and Payment Information. For processing payments to you, we may collect your full name, phone number, mailing address, tax information, and payment account or banking information. We may collect this information directly from you or through our third-party payment processor.
Information we Derive
We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect such as your interests, age group, and brand relationships.
Information we Collect from Third Parties
Third Parties. We may receive personal information from third parties, including licensing and endorsement partners, such as introductions, recommendations, social media handle information, and other information relevant to assessing partnership opportunities.
Use of Information
In addition to the uses described in the Authentic Privacy Policy, we use this information to verify applications, create and enhance your profile, evaluate your candidacy for brand campaigns and the Authentic Creator Network, administer campaigns and collaborations, process payments, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the Authentic Creator Network.
Disclosure of Information
In addition to the disclosure described in the Authentic Privacy Policy, we may disclose the information we obtain about you (as described above), as described in the Authentic Privacy Notice and in the following circumstances:
Third Parties; Licensing and Endorsement Partners
We share your personal information with third parties, including licensing and endorsement partners, to provide our service to you. When you participate in campaigns or collaborations, we may provide your name, social media handle, content, campaign performance, and other relevant profile or campaign information to third party’s participating in the campaign or collaboration. In some states, sharing your information with such third parties may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Sharing your information with such third parties, including licensing and endorsement partners, will be necessary for campaign or collaboration participation. Content Distribution
We may use, share or make your content available to third parties, on Authentic’s platforms, or in media in connection with a campaign or collaboration, as described in the Terms of Service.
Your Rights and Choices
As described in the Authentic Privacy Policy, depending on your country or state of residence, you may have the right to know about, request access to, or request deletion or correction of, your personal information. To make such a request with respect to your personal information, please complete this web form. We will take reasonable steps to verify your request, such as by asking you to confirm information about recent purchases. Additional information that we collect to verify your identity will only be used for verification purposes.
Canada Privacy Rights
For residents of Canada, this section supplements other sections of the Authentic Privacy Notice.
Your Rights and Choices. Subject to exceptions set out under applicable privacy laws, individuals located in Canada have the right to:
- Request access to their personal information in our custody and control;
- Request information about the use and disclosure of their personal information; and
- Request to update, rectify or correct any inaccuracies in their personal information in our custody or control.
Individuals in Canada also have the right to withdraw consent to the use and disclosure of their personal information, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

We may collect certain personal information for the purposes of verifying your identity before responding to your request.
Data Location. We and our service providers may access, store and otherwise process personal information outside of Canada, including in the United States and other foreign jurisdictions. We and our service providers may disclose your personal information if we are required or permitted by applicable law or legal process, which may include lawful access by foreign courts, law enforcement or other government authorities in the jurisdictions in which we or our service providers operate.
